Automatic carabiner 40mm

Self-locking aluminium carabiner.

Its angled opening simplifies strap installation. It is optimized for a strap width of 40mm.

Working load: Main axis: 2000kg / Cross axis: 1000kg

RESTRICTION: Do not use on the tandem spreader link, or on any link related to the tandem reserve parachute.

CAUTION: Aluminum carabiners are sensitive to fatigue failure. We recommend a maximum life span of 5 years or 500 hours of use. If in doubt, do not hesitate to dispose of your carabiners.

Péguet quick links

Stainless steel quick links designed for connecting the harness to the risers, tandem paraglider spreader bars, or rescue parachute attachment.

For free flight, we recommend a breaking load higher than 2400daN to allow use on all types of links. Please consult the Péguet website to determine the corresponding working load written on the links (WLL)

Recommendations :

Complete closure of the nut on the thread of the rod, respecting the recommended tightening torque.
Use only in the longitudinal direction (major axis), the nut remaining free of any stress; the minor axis is never taken into consideration during assembly.
