Rémi BOURDELLE
Team competition
Rémi Bourdelle was born in Chamonix. He discovered paragliding by chance through UNSS when he was 11 years old.
In 2014, he graduated as a teacher of sports and physical education.
A long time on the national paragliding competitions, he started with pre-World Cup before joining the world circuit in 2017.
In 2018, he achieved his best performances by winning the third round of a World Cup stage in Bulgaria. He also finished 11th at the French Championship, 23rd in the Super-finals in Colombia and regularly in the top 20 world cups.
A real sportsman from "Chamonix", he enjoys many of the activities the Valley has to offer: mostly speed-riding, skiing, run & fly, climbing, kite-surfing and mountaineering. For him each season has its activity, and we have to let the weather dictate what we can practice, it is up to us to adapt and not the other way around.

Your best flight?
In August 2012, during a heat wave, take off from Plan-Praz (Chamonix) to land on the roof of Europe at 4810m before taking off again and compleinge a magnificent triangle flying between 4000m and 5200m above the highest peaks in France: Les Grandes Jorasses, l'Aiguille Verte, l'Aiguille d'argentière... 5.5 mythical hours!
Any plans?
Walking and flying competitions, when I have a pair of calves similar to Maurer's, a cardio system like Coconea and a little more money...
A trip to the Rockies...
