The Kool is the result of a concerted effort with teaching professionals to create the Kortel Design school harness.
The design has been optimized for school use, but has also taken into account the progression of the pilot, allowing him to have a harness perfectly adapted to make his first big flights.
The back rescue pocket is integrated into the airbag for easy extraction and optimum protection of the rescue.
In terms of protection, the Kool follows the principle of its big sister the Karma II with an integral airbag, shaped at take-off thanks to a shaping foam.
The Kool differs from the Karma II in the fastening straps. It is composed of 2 separate thigh straps and a belly strap. The optimized positioning of these straps gives it excellent mobility during take-off, and increased comfort during inflation sessions.

40mm self locking carabiners sold as standard

Removable colored tarp

The cover under the harness bottom is removable for easy maintenance. Its thickness protects the harness from poor landings while its color enables a better identification of students in the air.

Dorsal rescue position

In this position, the dorsal rescue is protected by the dorsal airbag.

Non-forgettable safety chest strap

Chest strap equipped with the non-forgettable safety system.

Side Pocket

Small right side pocket

Bag pocket

A bag pocket located below the harness. This way, the weight of the bag helps pre-shape the airbag prior to take-off.

The life span of your harness depends on the frequency and type of use. Mechanical stress and friction gradually degrade the properties. UV rays and humidity can also cause accelerated ageing.

Nominal duration of use: 10 years.
Warning: This period of use is indicative. A harness can be destroyed at its first use. A technical verification every 2 years will determine if the product should be disposed of sooner. Between uses, proper storage is essential.

The usage duration should never exceed 10 years.
