Mont Blanc top landing for the team Gin-Kortel ! Insane !
Wednesday the 19th of August.
Leaving the office at 13.15 Denis and Max head towards the lauch site of Plaine Joux. The weather forecast looks great, and there’s just a chance that cumulus may rise higher than Mont Blanc! It’s just too good miss??
What a flight… We launched at 13.52 and landed on the top of Mont Blanc at 15.23.

We realised the restrictions concerning the Chamonix side of Mont Blanc flying clear of the restricted area climbing over the Italian side for most of the ascent. Here is the provisional trace of the flight as well as the airspace (source) with Google Earth.
